Rent is usually deposited in your account before the 10th of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
The tenants may pay in person at our office, mail the payment in or pay in the tenant portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically sign leases for 12 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The security deposit is usually the same as the 1st months rent. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage residential homes and commercial properties. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The security deposit is held in an escrow account.
